Shipping Information


I make it a priority to get your order shipped ASAP because I know when I buy something online I want to receive it ASAP. Depending on what time the order is placed it can take 24 to 48 hours to ship your order. All orders placed Wednesday through Friday will normally ship Saturday so Wednesday orders can take 48+ hours to ship.


All USPS orders ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. UPS Orders only ship on Monday and Tuesday.


 Most people choose USPS priority due to the cost, but please understand that USPS priority is not a guaranteed to reach you in 2 to 3 days. They have 14 days to get your package to you before they can be held responsible. 95% of the time they do get your package to you in 2 to 3 days but 5% of the time they misroute the order which can take many days to reach you.  Please understand I CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE if this happens to you. USPS also delivers without a delivery confirmation. I can only go by what the tracking number says. I have had a couple of cases where the package says delivered, but the recipient says they never received it. If this happens to you, Please contact your local post office ASAP. With USPS priority once I ship the order The tracking number is the only information I have to go by.

 Only USPS Express or UPS 1 day, two days, and three days is guaranteed.   

Please note: 

When holidays land on a Monday shipping times can take up to 4 days longer due to the post office being closed on Monday. I do not ship the Saturday before the holiday and Monday the day of the holiday.  I do not ship because the plants would take 2 to 3 days longer in transit than necessary and with live plants time is important.  All orders placed the week of the holiday will take longer to ship due to fewer days available to ship.

Plant Guarantee


I do have a live arrival guarantee on all my plants if delivered within four days.  If it takes longer than four days due to the shipping company losing or misrouting the package, I will work with you to come out to a fair decision for both of us. If your plants do show up DOA, I will need a picture of the plants emailed to me within 4 hours of the first attempt to deliver. Please email the pictures to pictures@plantedaquariumscentral.com


I can not be held responsible that the plants will continue to grow and Flourish once you put them in your tank.  You may ask why and the answer is simple. Live Aquarium Plants are just that; they are alive. Many factors go into keeping live aquarium plants healthy and thriving. From water conditions, temperature, lighting factors, How you plant them in your substrate, what kind of substrate you have, Use of fertilizers and co2, to Whether your tank has ever had medication used in it such as Ich Medication, to any plant eating fish you may have, ETC.  I can not be held responsible for the plants doing well for you. I can only be held responsible for sending you healthy live aquarium plants, and that is what I will do. If you are new to aquarium plants, please read up on them. There is tons of information out there on how to grow aquarium plants and the products needed to keep them thriving. You can find some great information HERE.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED 

If you are making a claim that an item is missing from your order, I need to be contacted within 4 hours of delivery with a picture of all the plants laid out to support your claim.  Before you contact me, please go through all the plants and wet newspaper because 99.99% of the time it is in the package. I only mark the items off as I pack them, so it is unlikely I will not pack all the items in the order.  I also video tape all orders I pack.


Returns

We accept returns of all non-living items such as fertilizer, driftwood, Ect. There are no returns on live plants. If there is a problem with live plants please read the guarantee above.

All items must be unopened and in their original condition when received. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. 


Shipping is buyers responsibility on all exchanges or returns. 

If the box is returned due to being unclaimed, wrong address was given by buyer ( This includes not updating your Paypal confirmed address), or any other reasons not due to my mistakes the shipping cost is not refundable. I can only be held responsible for shipping cost if I make a mistake.

I have put this in writing due to a few people having buyers remorse and returning the package after it has shipped, or not updating their shipping address through Paypal or credit card companies and having the box returned due to no fault of my own and then expecting the cost of shipping to be refunded.


Payment Information

If you use Paypal for payment, please make sure your confirmed ship to address is the same as your ship to address on your invoice. PayPal requires sellers to ship to the confirmed address.

All shipping charges are calculated before you pay so you know the exact cost.


I ship to all locations within the United States and US Territories including, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands. Sorry, I do not ship to other Countries at this time.
